More big news – we’ve got the go-ahead to share a NEW SONG with you! Give a listen to “Between Brownstones,” recorded live in-studio for the 2013 Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards compilation CD! And it’s a free download!
Copies of the 18-track-long disc will be available on Sunday, June 23, at the 11th Annual Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards Festival, taking place at eight venues in the West 7th corridor and featuring 48 bands, all from Fort Worth (or thereabouts). Admission is free, and copies of the disc will be five dollars, with proceeds going toward this year’s charity sponsor, the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

New Music! New Shows!
Hey there, fan land! It’s been a little while since we talked, but it’s time to get y’all up to speed on the latest happenings in Diabolical Machinesville. We’ve been working hard on reformulating things with the new lineup, and we’ve got the first fruits of our labor to share:
First, the big news – we’ve put out a new song! It’s called “Artoria,” and you can grab it on our Bandcamp page (name your own price, anywhere from “zero” to “eleventy billion dollars” or anywhere in between) or stream it below:
“Artoria” was written by Steph and features her on guitar and lead vocal, Harley on guitar and backing vocals, and Kevin on electric uke, bass guitar, drum track, and backing vocals. It was recorded in our ad hoc home studio by Kevin and Harley and the production is by Kevin.
Next, we’ve got some shows coming up to tell y’all about! We’ve got three shows currently booked for the spring:
- Saturday, March 30th – Lola’s Saloon, Fort Worth – We’re performing for The Good Show Live Music Series, opening for Foxtrot Uniform and Dove Hunter
- Saturday, April 13th – The Grotto, Fort Worth – We’re playing The Grotto with our pals The Chloes and Lindby
- Saturday, May 18th – Shipping & Receiving Beer Garden, Fort Worth – We’ll be at Shipping & Receiving off South Main in the Near Southside for the Spring 2013 Arts Goggle festival
